Companies are bound by certain rules and regulations and are governed by different authorities so it is not easy for them to leak your date or share with someone else and big companies don’t practice these things as they know the value of their Goodwill.

Everything available on internet is prone to attack by hackers, this is true but now with the advancement in technology companies uses advanced software’s to keep your data safe, they spend a lot of money just to keep your data safe, and as manual form can also be taken by someone else to get the data there is a little probability of data breach in electronic submission but it is as safe as manual submission and a lot better to track the guilty persons.

Another sad truth of technology is that there can be technical errors now then, because of let of reasons like internet connection lost, problem with user’s computer, and fault in company’s software or computer.

But again in today’s age of technology, even with errors your data is not lost, it saved and can be used again and you don’t have to enter it again and again.  

In Electronic submission someone else claiming to be you is not easy now, company have different measures to ensure that it is you only whom they are sending the amount.

So feel safe in submitting claims electronically , it is much better than manual submission.
